Evōke  ·  Private Membership Association

Membership Covenant

This is not a terms of service. It is a covenant. Evōke is a Private Membership Association operating as an integrated auxiliary of Be Well Church Ministry — rooted in spiritual activism, natural law, and community self-determination. Please read what follows with the attention it deserves.

Evōke exists to serve the whole person — body, mind, spirit, and community. We gather in the private domain under the protections guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Constitution of the United States, Natural Law, and the Law of Nations, to support one another's healing, growth, and collective flourishing.

We hold that all life which grows from the soil is sacred — gifted by the Creator by whatever name you honor. Access to earth medicine is an inalienable right of every self-determining being.

By joining Evōke you are voluntarily moving from public to private capacity. Your activities within this association are a private contractual matter between you and the association. Evōke and its members operate outside the jurisdiction of federal, state, and local regulatory agencies in all matters pertaining to our private agreements, gatherings, and practices.

All disputes arising within this community are resolved through private arbitration. Members waive recourse to public courts in matters pertaining to association activity, and agree that resolution shall be sought first through good faith conversation, then through association-appointed arbitration if needed.

As a member of Evōke you affirm alignment with our four core beliefs.

Reverence and Rebirth — that healing is possible, that transformation is a right, and that every person carries inherent worth deserving of care.

All Is One — that your wellbeing and the wellbeing of this community are not separate. What you bring, you share. What we build, we build together.

Natural Law — that the intelligence of nature supersedes manufactured prohibition, and that your body and spirit have sovereignty over themselves.

Faith in Action — that belief without practice is incomplete. Membership here is an act, not merely a declaration.

What is shared within Evōke stays within Evōke. Members agree to hold the experiences, disclosures, and identities of fellow members with discretion and care.

This community is a protected space. You are agreeing to protect it for others as you expect it to be protected for you.

Evōke welcomes all people. We do not exclude by race, background, belief system, or profession — including those employed in law enforcement or government agencies.

However, any person who enters this association with intent to surveill, gather evidence, disrupt operations, or bring harm to members, affiliates, or the association itself — regardless of stated identity — is entering into binding financial agreement.

By completing membership you acknowledge that bad faith entry constitutes an intentional trespass on the private property and privacy of this association and its members, and carries immediate financial liability of $2,000,000, plus $100 per minute for the duration of the trespass, enforceable through private arbitration.

We are a healing community. We state this not from fear, but from clarity.

As a member you retain the right to choose your own path of wellness without interference, to seek and receive counsel from fellow members on any matter you deem relevant to your life, to participate in association gatherings and community life, and to withdraw from membership at any time of your choosing.

Membership may be revoked if a member engages in behavior that is abusive, deceptive, violent, or materially harmful to other members or the association. Evōke reserves the right to make this determination through its own internal process.

I affirm that I am of legal adult age in my jurisdiction. I enter this association as a self-determining individual who accepts full and sole responsibility for my choices, including any choices related to wellness practices, earth medicines, or guidance received within this community.

Evōke supports my journey — it does not direct, prescribe, or assume responsibility for it. I am the authority over my own body, mind, and spirit.

Evōke makes no medical claims. Our offerings have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

You affirm you are an adult entering this association of your own free and informed will, solely responsible for your choices.

A Few Questions Before You Enter

I have read this covenant with care and without pressure. I enter Evōke as myself, in good faith, with sincere intention toward my own healing and the wellbeing of this community.
